Responsible Gambling: Why It Matters
bp999 believes that online betting and casino gaming are only enjoyable when played within limits and for entertainment. We want to be a trusted platform for players across Bangladesh — a place where fun and safety go hand in hand.
Gambling is, at its core, a form of entertainment. But for some people it can get out of control. That is why bp999 provides multiple safety tools and self-help options, so you always keep full control over your own decisions.
On this page you will learn how to set deposit limits, how to take a temporary break or activate self-exclusion, what the warning signs of gambling addiction are, and how to contact the bp999 support team.
Our Safety Tools
Set Deposit Limits
Set your own limit on how much you can deposit per day, per week, or per month. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately. Decreasing a limit takes effect right away; increasing a limit takes effect after a waiting period so you can make the decision with a clear head.
Time Limits & Reminders
Use the session timer to keep track of how long you have been playing. You can receive automatic reminders after a set time so you remember to take a break. This small habit gives you much greater control over your play.
Time-Out (Temporary Break)
If you feel you need a break, you can temporarily close your account for anywhere from 24 hours to several weeks. During this period you will not be able to log in. Once the break is over, your account will return to normal.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel that playing is becoming a problem, activate self-exclusion. This keeps your account closed for an extended period — from six months up to five years. No promotional communications will be sent to you while self-exclusion is active.
Review Activity History
Log in to your account at any time to view your deposit, withdrawal, and betting history. Reviewing your own playing patterns is an important part of responsible behaviour.
24/7 Support
Contact bp999 via live chat or email for any issue. Our team responds in both Bengali and English. If you have concerns about your gambling, let us know directly — we will help you take the right steps.
For Players Aged 21 and Over Only
You must be at least 21 years old to register and play at bp999. Age is verified at account creation and identity documents may be requested if needed. If you have information about suspicious activity involving a minor, please notify our support team.
Parents can use age-filtering software on their children's devices to prevent underage access to gambling websites.
Warning Signs of Gambling Addiction
If you or someone close to you shows any of the behaviours below, it may be a sign that attention is needed.

A Few Tips for Playing Responsibly
- Set a clear budget before you play and do not go beyond it.
- Play for entertainment, not as a source of income — there is no guarantee of winning in gambling.
- Do not try to immediately recover money you have lost — that can lead to even greater losses.
- Do not play while under the influence of alcohol or any other substance.
- Take regular breaks — avoid playing for long stretches without stopping.
- Spend time with family and friends and find other sources of enjoyment in your life.
- Keep bp999's deposit limit and session reminder features active.
- If you have any concerns, notify bp999's support team directly.
